The Impactory

The Impactory is not about The Impactory. It’s about the members and what they build and achieve. One really exciting project that is growing at The Impactory is The Vegetarian Butcher. The project has started to hit the radar of media and the general public. Most recently we read about it in The Wort There’s also plenty of information on their Facebook page.

We love what they’re doing bringing plant based products like chicken, tuna and minced meat to Luxembourg  as a healthy sustainable food option that’s outright For those of us who have tasted it we can guarantee it’s vegetarian food 2.0. Tasty, even without a single spice or flavoring added, real texture ans ‘mâche’ as the French chefs say.
